HOW TO REGISTER

There are two ways to register: online/mail or by phone/mail.
NOTE: Registrations are not confirmed until we receive your payment (or deposit for retreats).

Be sure to mail or drop off your payment so we receive it by the deadline date.
Regular office hours are: 8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday – Friday.

Online/Mail Registration
Click “Register Here” next to the program/retreat you’d like to register for.

Complete the requested information and click “Submit Form” to be temporarily registered.

Then, make check payable to "Shalom Retreat Center" and mail to:

Shalom Retreat Center, 1001 Davis St., Dubuque, IA 52001.

Be sure to include your Name, Mailing Address, Phone, E-mail, Event Title and Event Date.

NOTE: As mentioned on the registration form, your registration will be confirmed when we receive

your payment. Remember to mail or drop off your payment so we receive it by the deadline date.

Phone/Mail Registration
Call Shalom at 563.582.3592 to be temporarily registered for a program/retreat. Then, make check payable to: Shalom Retreat Center, and mail to: Shalom Retreat Center, 1001 Davis St., Dubuque, IA 52001. Be sure to include your Name, Address, Phone, E-mail, Event Title and Event Date.

RESERVATION & REFUND POLICY

Refunds will be given only if requested, provided the refund request is received three days before the event. Refunds are subject to a $5 handling charge for costs incurred (clerical, postage, bank processing, long distance toll charges, etc.).

NOTE: Retreats require a non-refundable deposit which is credited to the offering for the retreat.
