We will examine the concept of “Servant Leadership” both in its original and more modern forms and explore how we can exercise servant leadership in our families, work and church.

Allan R. Smith A Minnesota native, Allan spent the major part of his life as an advertising executive, having owned and operated his own advertising agency. He then started a garment business that he operated until his retirement in 2004. Allan has delivered many presentations at the Franciscan Retreats & Spiritual Center in Prior Lake, Minnesota. Smith retired with his wife to southern Minnesota. They have 4 children and 12 grandchildren. He enjoys playing backgammon, riding his Harley, hunting and yard work. Allan has been sober since 1973.
