Will You Be My Servant?

Saturday, May 26, 9:30am - 3:30pm
Presenters: Dave Cushing, Adult Faith Formation Coordinator
Waterloo Area; and

Mary Pederson, D. Min. Frequent Archdiocesan Presenter
Robert Greenleaf wrote an article in 1970 entitled "The Servant as Leader"

and launched a whole new way of thinking about leadership . The idea of leaders who serve dates back to Jesus Christ, who told his disciples,

"Whoever wishes to be great among you shall be your servant."

(Matthew 20:26). We will examine the concept of “Servant Leadership”

both in its original and more modern forms and explore how we can

exercise servant leadership in our families, work and church.
